We stay in the loop through the whole process: chasing solicitors, keeping you posted on progress, and helping sort out anything that stalls things, right up to completion.

Get in touch with our team and put your interest on record, in writing (this can be over email too). From there we can arrange a viewing, or if you’ve already seen it, talk you through putting an offer in.

That’s part of what being independent and family-run is meant to mean here. If an offer looks unlikely to be accepted, we’d rather tell you upfront than let you find out the hard way.

Exchange usually depends on a few things lining up: your mortgage offer confirmed, searches back, the contract agreed by both sides’ solicitors, and a completion date settled that suits the whole chain. Once that’s all in place, contracts can be exchanged and the sale becomes legally binding.
