Meet Our Team
Anthony qualified as a Chartered Surveyor over 25 years ago. He was born and bred in Leicestershire and after working in London and Oxford returning home in 1994. Anthony has considerable experience dealing with new development sites and some of the more complex properties. Anthony is also a member of ARLA and responsible for the residential lettings department.
Angela joined Country Properties some ten years ago, following a highly successful estate agency career including a stint as area manager for one of the major corporate firms. Angela runs the successful Kibworth office and is well known for her enthusiasm and uncompromising negotiating skills when working on behalf of clients. In her spare time Angela enjoys training her Australian Shepherd dog, running and Pilate's to keep fit.
Lynn has worked for Country Properties for nearly 17 years and has unrivalled knowledge of Leicestershire having lived and worked within both office locations. Lynn thrives on the challenge of matching people and properties and enjoys working out what people are really looking for even if they don’t necessarily know themselves. Lynn has a memory which is second to none for remembering historical sales and clients and is a first class negotiator.
Jeff joined Country Properties as a valuer in September 2013 and comes from a family with careers within the property industry. Jeff was brought up and indeed lived in Kibworth for 28 years until very recently, giving him a unique knowledge and insight into the local market, which is second to none.
Emily joined Country Properties in 2000 and has progressed through the ranks to become a highly successful valuer. Based in the Market Bosworth office, Emily has spent all her life in West Leicestershire and has unrivalled local knowledge. She is known for her honest valuations and advice.
Lisa has worked for Country Properties since 2004 following successful careers as a legal secretary in London, to working within the conference and incentive travel industry as an account director, providing bespoke packages to blue chip clients . Lisa is in charge of all administration and has also taken on a more creative roll in developing the Country Properties' advertising and profile. Lisa is a strong member of the team and thrives on a challenge when it comes to negotiating sales.
Pam is an exceptionally enthusiastic member of the team working as a negotiator, based in our Market Bosworth office. Pam is well known for her incredible knowledge of the area and there are few more determined negotiators when there is a deal to be done. Both we and our clients love Pam's enthusiasm and her calm approach enabling her to handle any difficult situation that may arise.
Jane has worked for Country Properties for 16 years, following a stint as branch manager in one of the major corporates. Jane is without doubt, one of the best negotiators in the business and is known for her calm approach to any problems that might arise.
Louise has recently re-joined Country Properties and settled in extremely well in her role as a Sales Negotiator, based at the Kibworth office. Louise is a bubbly character with a wealth of experience having worked at both offices. Louise has also previously worked within customer service roles making her a valuable member of the team when it comes to negotiating.
Meet the Lettings Team
Diane joined Country Properties three years ago to promote and manage Country Properties' fast expanding Lettings Department ,which has since grown from strength to strength and has been re-branded as 'VillageLettings'. Diane has a wealth of experience in the industry both in lettings and estate agency and her success is derived from her superb attention to detail and calm approach in a crisis.
Claire joined Village Lettings in 2016 and brings considerable experience to the team. Claire is particularly adept at developing and organising the systems that are so essential to the smooth running of the department.
Amanda recently secured her professional ARLA qualification a notable achievement. Amanda has superb organisational skills and organises all the repairs for our managed properties.
